You can use the NH state Parks out of season too. there is a fee at some of them that is an "iron warden" I think they called it. but split among 4 people to a site it is prety reasonable. Pawtuckaway Park in Nottingham is very nice, with lots of hiking trails, lake etc. I can't do the 11/9 date you are talking about, but if another date works we will try to be there for a Saturday night hang.
If it moves, you can eat it. No promises you will think it tastes good.

Myself and some friends used to go to Pittsburg NH in mid May and set up camp in Deer Mountain Campground ( tenting days). We had whole place to ourselves. There was usually plenty of snow and cold. We were there to flyfish up there and would catch our breakfast out of Connecticut River about 10 ft from our site. We had a blast.

Hi Skypainter, that would be great, HPSP is about 7 miles from me. I have been wondering about that. Lets chat more about some sites.

I just got pointed to this . When, and where, is the planned winter hang? I may be able to make it. Nicky will not, she doesn't do cold weather camping

Great seal. Should make a large one to hang on ur tarp. Cuban fiber for weight of course. Yep my wife said she doesn't want to see snow while camping. I am hoping to be there.
As a wise man once said "If woman don't find you handsome at least they'll find you handy." Hang in there.
