Yeah, that was great. I didn't get to say goodbye to a good bit of you since I left out so early.
As it looks, I will be planning a few weekend camping trips to some of the islands on south Toledo Bend and the Kisatchie area near Natchitoches. I'll post some info on where before I go. These will be short backpacking trips!

Wow! What a great response. With all that is being said, y'all are leaving me at a lost for words. All I can say is, without friends you have nothing. That statement has never been more true for this hang. For me at least.
First off, without my friends (best friends) who I helped host this event, I wouldn't even know what hammocking is. Then I wouldn't have got to meet the great people I now call friends that I have met at the hang.
Next, without all of our friends coming to the hang...there would have been no hang.
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU everyone for the time spent together and the kind words. A few of us have already put it n the plans to make some neighboring state's hangs n the near future. Thanks for the invites.
