    Aarn FF

I'm interested in the pack, but it seems that I would need a large waist belt.
I've emailed Aarnusa about the cost of getting a large waist belt. It sounds like this is a great pack. Soooo.... for now I'll place dibs on the pack

As for the specs here ya go. But it's a big pack. Plenty of room for a multiple day winter trek. You can also leave the balance pockets at home and just bring the back pack for smaller loads. Its a very versatile pack. Let me know if you have any more questions I'd be happy to answer them all.

    Approx Volume:
    L: 55 + 12 L (3356 + 732 cu in)

    Approx Weight (Bodypack):
    L: 2.015 kg (4.43 lbs)

    Minimum Weight (Backpack):
    (without Balance Pockets or liners)
    L: 1.50 kg (3.30 lbs)

What size waist would this fit? max and min please... I am considering this as a 3 season/winter option (or summer with the kids) but I am a little confused on the waist size/adjustment, thanks for your help.

Here ya go buddy straight from the AARN website

    Size & Fit

    Torso Length:

Torso length is the distance from the top part of your hip bone (iliac crest) to the top of your shoulder.

38 cm (15") or more -- Long torso

    Hip Belt Size:

Measure around your back from the front part of your left hip-bone to the front part of your right hip-bone.

    55 to 65 cm (22" to 25.5") -- Medium size hip belt

AARN has a few videos up on their website here is one.

I see that you live in MD. If you live close by and want to come over for a play date to try on the pack let me know and we can set one up.

Let me know if you have any more questions and I'm always happy to answer them as best I can.
