I wanted to let everyone know what an Outstanding guy Dale is. When I received the Chacos I noticed that one of the straps had a pretty bad tear in it. I sent Dale a picture of the tear and he promptly replied with an apologetic email stating that he was going to refund the money. He credited my Paypal account and told me to keep the sandals. Don't hesitate to make a purchase from Dale, you can be assured that he is an honest person for sure.
