    I hate Zing-It

So just got some Zing-it. I cannot figure out how to do a bury with it. i can get maybe a hal an inch before the fibres close up on themself.
Is there some trick that I just have not noticed. It just looked really easy on all the youtube videos.
    Many thanks for any help.

    get a smaller wire

I found this happening to me too. I went and found some very small gauge wire and bent it in half, pinching the loop end together. Then I thread the wire in backwards ( start where you want the tag to come out) loop the tag into the wire, then pull it through. LOTS of patience required, but is done all the time. Don't forget to taper. keep bunching up the outer portion too.
    Hope this helps

Like lattie said, small wire and patience. I can manage 2.2mm line w/o any problem but the 1.75 drives me nuts and my hands are always fatigued when I'm done.

I've learned to express myself in a language not fit for the public and small children, especially with the smaller diameters ... most times now I'd rather just purchase what I need from the vendors here and save the wear on my hands and patience!

... the wire loop is the best way I've found though if I need to do something for myself.

Ha! Sounds like me! I have figured out what I need to do to splice these hi-tech lines, but have yet to successfully finish an adjustable loop.

so...privacy, patience, and maybe some gloves...I may just manage to make the whoopies I've been working on for several days

Even after you get it figured out out be prepared for the blisters. That stuff is hard on a persons hands. Like others have said a very small wire doubled over works well. I have used uncoated floral wire and RJ-45 strands.

Like many have said, small diameter wire, patience and for me, gloves. Once everything is fed through, I glove the hand pulling the wire and pinch the bury end and roll my fingers loosening up the threads.
