I'm off to see site 134, but I'll talk to the gate attendant and add myself to whichever site isn't full. Can't wait!!

I hope everyone got home safe!!
I stayed back for a little while, ate some clementines and pulled out the horn and played some Christmas carols. Left around 1pm.

I had a great time hanging out with all of you.

Don't forget to post a link to your pictures.

Thanks, we were driving around inside the park and weren't sure where to go as the signs didn't point to 133-135 clearly (or maybe I missed them). We found it eventually.

    Hey guys...

What a great time! It was fantastic seeing so many new faces as well as the familar ones.

I think we managed to have 17 people turn out over the two nights we were out, many from the local area, some from further afield.

Weather wasn't too cold, just a little below freezing. Just enough to give us a chance to try out some new gear or ideas.

    High points:
    • [o]TTers winter recliner
    • Ryvr's beautiful paddles
    • Jiblets Apple cake topped with flambeed banana and rum.
    • Bubba's sharpening clinic
    • Mongrel's winter overbag
    • Cedar's breakie from the hammock
    • First night blizzard
    • Birds eating out of the palm of your hand.
    • and finally heated washrooms and showers

Definitely looking forward to the next trip!

Awesome pics! It was very nice to meet everyone and hang out.

Lori was already talking about coming back to hang at Valens during the winter months. I think she likes how close the facilities are at those sites.

I'm so sad I missed it. Any talk of January 's hang? Got my passport renewed. I have January off except 2 weekends but I may be able to take them off.
Going to Scotland for christmas so I'll be coming back with some single malt that needs a campfire!
