Does the superfly have doors attached or are they add on extra cost? looks like it might be a decent option to go with the superfly.
When asked why I sleep with my shoes on? I don't need to out run a bear, just need to out run my camp mates.

Doors are integrated now in the current version and not a separate add on anymore like in version 2 which I have. I had the removable doors on my tarp sewn on as I thought they were a hassle.

I just ordered the doors for my Warbonnet Mambajamba. I hope I made the right decision as opposed to just investing in a new tarp with doors.

I wanted flexibility to remove the doors for warmer trips w/o having to reinvest in another tarp. I love the MJ's coverage, weight and build. Quality craftsmanship.

I have several to choose from, but its down easily, to the wilderness logics "old man winter", and the "super fly", I've used both in hard storms and weather and the OMW would be my choice if I had to have one or the other, both very good, I had 2QZQ do a two pole mod on the old man winter and it is incredible the space it opens. A couple little things i like on OMW over SF. 1. there are 3 tie outs on each side OMW Vs 2 on SF, 2. choice of ridge lines lengths on OLM. one note on pole mod,it is really nice, but if back packing or in bad weather, or heavy storm I'd probably not use pole set up, but go the standard set up and close down tight, in that set up the OMW seems, IMO, to have the feel of more room. In the end there are so many good choices from our vendors that what ever you choose will work. jim

Don't forget about the possibility of adding grizz beaks to your current tarp.

I received my MJ doors yesterday and upon examination, find them of high quality. I will be sending them back in exchange for a Superfly. I tried to go the less expensive route but should have done more research as I think these may be more of a hassle to set up.

The doors are a great idea and weight savings to those who only want one tarp - but how many of can really own one tarp?

Can't go wrong with a Speer Winter tarp if you can find one.

We have two of Hammock Gears Cuben fiber 4 season tarps with doors also.

Not sure which would be my favorite though.
