I used an old down sleeping bag I got off ebay for cheap before I got my UG flight jacket.
Zipped it up from the foot box to the knees. Worked fine, but was not warm enough for around here when it got cold. The UG is much better.

I've been happy with my GoLite TQ. I originally got it for backpacking and it has worked well so far in hammocking.
