My first purchased piece of gear got delivered over the weekend. An Incubator 20 arrived and it is a thing of beauty! I had to fiddle a bit with the suspension(s), but once I got those figured out it cuddled my DIY hammock like a puffy soft glove. I took it out in the back yard overnight and stayed nice and toasty all night long: can't wait to introduce it to the woods! Thanks much to Adam and Jenny for a fine piece of gear.

curious when you placed the order? Placed mine for a 20* Phoenix last Monday so I'm wondering what the wait time will be like

When I ordered, I asked Adam about what I could expect for a lead time. He said it would about 10-12 days, but if I had special needs they'd try to accommodate them (from I've read here, everyone seems to agree that their customer service is first rate, and that they have always been able to accommodate you if you really need something fast). Other than the normal 'I want it now!' problem , I didn't really need it fast and told him so. It took 12 days from order placement to shipping notice received.

I have two incubators (a 20* for me and a 0* for my wife). We both love them. Once you dial in the fit to your particular hammock, they're AMAZING!
