OK guys, were almost there, just over 2 weeks to go. Time to place last minute orders for gear and get squared away.
just some reminders:
This is an INFORMAL hang (unlike the Fall Sprawl which I consider to be more of a hammocking open house) so please keep in mind that some things (like language and humor etc) may not be as refined as others. I started this hang as an impromptu thing for a few of us "regulars" to hang and celebrate RCRacin and my birthdays. That being said, I want to welcome any new hangers to join us and have some fun. I just dont want you to think this is a representation of a normal hang, lol.
Drinking (as far as I am concerned) is at your own risk, I always ask that park rules be followed so as to represent hammocking well. Drunks will not be tolerated (and thats not just my thing, its been voiced to me by a few members) and if you follow the "out of sight out of mind" theory then beer cans/bottles will be invisible.
Friday night will be dinner out. I want everyone thats hanging to be able to go, and well have a round table talk before we leave to go to the shops. Saturday will be dinner at the campsite so prepare accordingly. If everyone can be at the site friday be, say 6 we can all go. after that there may not be someone at the camp site until after dinner and camp stores. hopefully we can all carpool to dinner and stores
anyway, this should be interesting!
