I'm thinking about bringing my mountain bike, as there seems to be a 5 mile single track trail in the park. Anyone else?

I don't know about this park but some state parks only allow mtn. bikes on the trails on certain days. You might want to check on it.
I'm not sure if there are any rules about it, but the trails are nice and wide. We hiked some of them to go geocaching during the last hang.
