I'm thinking REAL hard about a 3 season Jarbridge, but I'm concerned with how long it is. I'm 6'4", and it doesn't even go a full 5' lengthwise.
Think it'll be a problem before I spend that much money?

I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.
I think you will be alright since you are 76 inches tall and the Jarbridge is 58 inched long. So the 18 inch difference is the tippy top of your head and your calves/feet. You will probably use a small pad/sit pad for your calves anyway. At the price you can not beat it and AE has free shipping thru this weekend.
I'm 6'3" and my jar bridge seems to fit me well. It covers from my head to halfway down my calf. Hope this helps, and if you do go with the KAQ jar bridge I don't think you'll be disappointed

Haven't had it out in the winter as of yet. But I've heard from some other reviews that the temperature rating might be alittle better than 30 degrees. I guess it all depends on how warm you sleep. I did have it down to about 38 degrees and was warm and toasty. Just had a light 40 degree slumberjack synthetic sleeping bag as a top quilt. Hope to try it out when it gets a little cooler up here in the mountains

Here is a link to a recent thread discussing the jarbridge. Hope it helps.

I'm 6'5" and I really like the coverage on my Jarbridge. I use a pad for my lower legs and feet. As far as temps, I've only been in it down to the mid 40s and it kept me nice and warm.

That's the key right there, Gresh! Unless it is not very cold, you are going to be putting your sit pad or your pack under your legs any way. So the length of that JB will be more than enough for long self. That JB is rated, very conservatively I believe, at 30F for most folks. That's probably going to be fine for 90% of your cold weather use, unless you head way up high in winter. And I think someone here told me they were fine at 9F, but not sure. Wearing enough fleece layers, or adding a space blanket layer, can buy you some more warmth if it gets much below 30. And of course you can always add a pad when all else fails, for those unexpected cold snaps.
As a followup, I slept out last night in my ENO DN with the JB with temps around 35. I used some CCF (20" X 24") for my feet and lower legs and stayed nice and warm all night. I'm a fairly cold sleeper. I did think I was suffering from hypothermia in the middle of the night but then woke up from the dream and realized I was toasty!
Just goes to show that thinking too much about my gear is hazardous to my peace of mind!
