Nope, just me at the same spot as last night. Couple of hammockers at another site and three tents at other spots. Been dark for almost an hour. Prob gonna SIP some honey whisky and pass out. Dehydrated skyline chili and spaghetti was the bomb!

Jealous of the weather you guys had. Probably one of the last if not the last we'll see these temps until Spring.
Hope you guys had fun.
20 boy scouts turned into about 50 as the last 20 or so rolled in well after dark. They were well behaved though, packed and out by 8:00am the next morning. Perfect weather, beautiful hiking. Tendertoe, you were certainly missed.
We missed Luke too but he baled out to C camp. With all the boy scouts we were seriously considering striking camp and night hiking over to C.

Beeeautiful weekend! Had a great time guys! Thanks for comin out! I got packed up and did the north loop after you two headed out. If you haven't been up there I recommend doing it. The Pine forest is amazing and makes for a nice soft hike. There are some really nice views and cool scenery. I was beat after the hike and didn't do much other than setup, change, eat, and veg. The overnight low got to a staggering 57deg. I think I was sweating on a couple occaisions overnight. It was breezy all night. I had myself a little breakfast fire in the morning and packed up. It started raining about 20 minutes into my hike and didn't stop. I hiked up to marker 11 and took the trail down the hill to Big Four rd on 278. From there I walked the side road back to the parking lot. Drove back to Big Four to check the mileage. It was 2.7 miles. Not a bad alternative. Here's some pics. There are some of what I thought might be coyote dens along the north loop.
