This past weekend was my first hang as well... bought all new gear, tested the gear in -3* C.. everything performed great.. Was the best sleep I have had in the bush, no aches and pains, did have a cold spot on my back but discoverd the UQ was not positioned properly..once adjusted worked great.. Any suggestions would be appreciated to keep the quilt from shifting..
This was a stealth hang as well...
When asked why I sleep with my shoes on? I don't need to out run a bear, just need to out run my camp mates.
