Mend your mittens and pack your parkas it gettin' COOOLD out there! Winter camping season is just around the corner and I would like to invite all who dare to brave the cold to join me for the the 2nd Annual Wisconsin Winter Hang.
The dates are January 11-13 but this is not set in stone
Note: Camping in sub freezing temperatures can be dangerous and may not be the best time to try new gear for the first time (ex. stoves, tarps, boots, sleep system, etc). It is always a good idea to familiarize yourself with new equipment before taking it to the field. Also, the location will likely include a hike of at least 1 mile.
I know this post is a bit early but I want to get the discussion going and ideas from everyone to help make this group hang a great one
