    Just rubbed me wrong

    So I will not state a name so dont ask, but I was going to order some items from one of the venders and I noticed that my order total didnt addup right, an item that should have been $25 was ringing up for $2. I didnt place my order and proceded to contact them to ask if this was on sale or a mistake on the website. The response I got is what rubbed me wrong. the email just stated the it was a big mistake and would be fixed ASAP. No thank you was said nothing. I just dont get it anymore you stop and do somthing nice (when I could have just ordered them) and people cant even say thanks. Sorry just letting out some steam here.

    I agree with you. Sometimes No good deed, goes unpunished. Sometimes I wonder if the person on the other end of the phone does not know enough English ro reply to anything outside of their script.

    You're not the only customer out there. The guy learns that his web site is giving away $23 to all comers. He panics, but takes the time to dash off an email to you before rushing to see how much he's lost and how to fix it.

    Isn't it like Walmart, they have to give it to you for what is posted?? Just kidding, Cadam you did the right thing, and they may have realized after they hung up that they forgot to thank you. (if not, just pretend they did) As Dragon360 said, they may have been thinking about the mess they have and how they will fix it, and in their frustration forgot to thank you. Be optimistic.

    Go hang in your hammock for a bit, and you will forget all about it.

    Completely agree. Should've probably got a thank you, but I certainly wouldn't have been rubbed too hard either way.

    Dont take me the wrong way. I was not looking for free stuff or a discount. Im just saying some one saves me $23 dollares an order and I would be sure to say thanks. I have ordered from this vender before and will be ordering from them agin probable in the near future. Looks like a quick nap and a cold one in the old hammock when I get home it is.
