I used all 100' that I ordered from Brandon:
2x 6' guylines
2x 8' guylines for the porch
2x 14' ridge guylines (gives a max range of 24 feet between trees)
1x 10' adjustable ridgeline to run under the tarp to hang lantern/fan
2x 4' dogbones to extend range up to 32 feet
plus 25 feet elsewhere..

perhaps we did ... it will be cooler in NOV and mind won't be clouded with visions of BBQ and sadness because I did not win anything in the Raffle.

got an e-mail from paypal last friday, informing me that the shipment was on its way from warbonnet outdoors.
thing is, its going to norway, i fear it will be some time yet before its here. Checked USPS now, and of all the places in the world, its now in San Francisco!??
Can anyone tell me if this is a "normal" route for this kind of shipment?
I can understand if its meant to cross past russia, but i would surely think the shortest way is from the east coast... but, what do i know...
Maybe warbonnetguy made a mistake and sent me a TRAVELER instead of a blackbird... haha
anyway, looking forward to the final arrival of my new BB & Yeti!
Maybe I'm an optimist, but my guess is that it hops a flight out of SFO that takes it over the north pole, to get to you.
I used 8' for each guyline for the 4 corners and put a 2" fixed eye with a locked brummel in each one, I think 4 feet for each door with a 1" fixed eye in each, and for my suspension I used 15' for each with a 1" fixed eye with a Stingerz in each eye. So so far I guess that is 78' so far. Based on recommendations from others, though, I may make a couple shorter guylines for one side and only put my tarp in porch mode on the one side with long tie-outs. I still haven't made the lines for the panel-pulls, and I'm not sure how much I will need for that
How much line are folks using for their panel-pulls?
I may be dumb, but at least I'm ugly!
I've done so much, with so little, for so long, now I can do anything with nothing.
It's not peer pressure, it's just your turn.
Ordered my new BB XLC DL Multicam today!
