    Tarp Overhaul

So...being brand spankin' new to campin' hangin', I have been reading like crazy and adjusting things even faster. After dropping money with both Dutch and MountainGoat, I made some adjustments to my WB Edge... a new tarp ridge line with dutch flyz and clips and some mesh tarp sleeves.

I'm a huge fan of both products! The RL makes stringing the tarp up SO much easier. I don't look like an idiot with two lefts hands bouncing back and forth in a vain attempt to keep the tarp off the ground. The tarp sleeves are also awesome. I love the sewn in pockets on each of the tube. They're just big enough to hold the tarp line and the 4 stakes for the guy lines (which stay figured8'd and bundled up in the tarp.

Here's the tarp in the sleeves:

    Opened up:

My WBBB hanging out underneath it. I'm still tweaking some things on the WB...like adjusting my HG Incubator to work with my triangle thingies.

I know this is old hat for most of you old pros, but sharing is caring, right?

Oh! Got one of MountainGoat's alpaca wool caps. Best. Hat. Ever.

I've dealt with both vendors and they are great! Its the fine tuning that personalizes our gear right? Nice pick ups!

Looks good. Nice to hear you are researching fist. It saves you all kinds of issues, such as having a frozen backside, or your hammock ending up on the ground sometime in the night.
    Enjoy!
