Yup, definitely sucks being a big guy, I'm 6'3" and 230ish but only at around 15-18% body fat so I couldn't lose enough weight to get in one of these things.

Nice work. Your M5-O is super light. My WBBB feels fat compared to yours!

    Sigh...When will it ever end?...

Despite the fact that I just within the last month got an order of 1.1 and 1.0 for making hammocks, not to mention just received my Darien UL, I have now placed an order for some M50 to try making one these.

Great job blaktee, on the hammock and enabling my addiction.

A double M50 should hold up us tall heavies.
A 5x12 would weigh about 8.7oz for the body.

I have been thinking about it.

Just finished a longer dbl 1.1 today, new micro cook/water kit, new alc stove etc.

Have an idea for a convertable tarp, but want it in Cuben - $$.
Need to finish my M90 XP jacket and my 2.5 XP quilt.

Need to finish my Cuben backpack.

Need to start my Dersu Uzala pack.

Need to build a new longer bug net.

The M50 hammock will have to wait.
    Too many projects.

Wow... Hard to believe it holds a person. I made an underquilt with that as the shell, and I was scared it wouldn't hold up. It feels like a garbage bag to me, but stronger. It's not rip stop, so I wonder if a slight tear would result in a catastrophic failure?
    Nice job though.
