I'll have to go check JCP tomorrow.
Great! I need a large and my local JCP only has 2XLT and bigger. Oh well.
I'm selling this. It's a Mountain Hardwear "Downtown" down filled jacket. Originally sold for $325.00. The color is Otter which is actually like some sort of brown. There are no stains or defects of any kind on this jacket. It even smells new.
For addl description see the product description on REIs web page.

This jacket was worn to check for fit and never worn again.
$220.00 includes shipping.
Just a thought... EMS has their top of the line waterproof down jacket on clearance for $119.98. It is very very warm and packs down into the included stuff sack. It is not ultralight by any means but is ultrawarm. http://www.ems.com/product/index.jsp...07807.12019738 and another 20% is discounted when added to the cart bringing the total to 119.98 A thing on EMS clothing is that is typically runs a size larger than other brands. I wear medium with them and typically L or even XL in other brands.
$80 Golite down jacket. Can't beat that!

if I was in the market I'd look at the Stoic Hadron, it's an anorak and we all know anoraks are warmer than jackets. It's on sale for 107 at backcountry. For what the GL Bitteroot costs you can add the Hadron Vest. The anorak+vest would be super toasty and you have two garments for the price of one and much greater variability. Both the Hadron and Bitterroot are sewn through construction, both have Pertex shells though I think the Bitteroot might be a lighter Pertex...but when the vest is under the Hadron much of the negative effect of sewn through outer removed.
Just one of many 0.02's
