I've decided that instead of Congaree, to head to Hunting Island for tonight and tomorrow night...basically my weekend plans got changed due to work and since I'm gonna have to be here Friday, Congaree is not on my way to Clemson like it was going to be. Hunting Island has been on my to-do list for awhile, so I figured "why not?!" Plus I hear wild pigs can be such a boar! ;-)

    Sorry Gresh!

Thanks again everyone for the info!

TATO, awesome pics. I went on a day hike with the gf today, and the park is phenomenal. Definitely saw a bunch of areas where hogs had been snorting around in the leaves and dirt, but I definitely plan on going back and hanging around in the future.

I'd love for us to plan a trip here in the spring before it gets too hot.

Here are my pics from a Congaree trip. Pigs woke me up in the middle of the night and I went on the hunt, but all I had was a hiking pole so I got a little skiddish.

It was a great trip! I don't remember the water being bad, but hanging out on the sandbars was pretty cool.
