    No see em question

    I am going to make myself a down topquilt but can't find no see em in the uk. The only insect netting I can find is from profabrics.co.uk
    Is this any good or will I use something else

    Think I saw some organza in the sewing shop in the Grainger Market for £1/m. Cheap and local. Have you found a good source of down?

    The pro-fabrics stuff is top notch, some of the best midge netting I've seen.

    I used the white "polyester aircraft" fabric from fabrics n stuff. Its a very fine scrim, the same weight as above and much stronger.

    Avoid the Midgie.net stuff, its super light but may rip open again.
