DIY 2 person hammock (flex 180 hybrid)

I know there are people looking for a hammock for two and Ive been trawling the internet for somthing that would suit for a while now. In the end i took the plunge and decided to come up with something of my own. It ticks a lot of boxes for me but i still dont think its "the answer" for couples.
I liked the flex because it was a lot smaller than the vertex (which is practically a susspended tent) but the second bed in the flex being smaller was annoying. My girlfriend and I are similar size and weight and neither would particularly enjoy getting the "baby bed" for the night.
here is what i came up with, I wanted two double layer hammock beds of the same size and as small a central shelf as possible to allow closeness but not overcrowding when trying to sleep. Time constraints meant that i would only really have one shot at this before i went traveling for a year so it was so I was kind of putting all my eggs in one basket with the design. I also wanted to be able to access the hammock from both sides.
Here is the finnished product, fondly named "The Beast"
Unfortunatly it hasnt been tested other than a hurried hang and wriggle around to listen for any tell tale sounds of failed stiching and im now well and truely in the canadian winter time so it will be a while before we get to put it through its paces but i slept in it alone with two huge rucksacks (im not saying my girlfriend is the equivelant of two huge rucksacks....she woud kill me) in the second bed and it was great, I havent tackled the UQ issues yet but my pad worked great in between the layers and i had a really suprisingly flat lay!

    Pros:
Fits two people or one with gear comfortably
    Double doors
Stable getting in and out with a second occupant
    Mosquito proof

    Cons:
Still not as close as a double bed
As yet ridgeline is unable to hang anything particularily heavy
Three tree suspension means finding a site can be a little more tricky
Susspension from two trees with a spreader bar is very tippy with two people
