Hope your Hammock Gear order pulled off a Christmas Eve miracle!
My order took 2.5 days to clear customs with the dreaded tax paperwork, so your package's 4 minutes in customs may be really good news.
If you're not already hanging in downy comfort, fingers crossed that you get it soon!
Got my 20 degree UQ today!!!!! Just in time for a quick overnighter tomorrow on Mt. Hood.
I got to camp out on Mt. Hood this summer. I'm from Alabama so it was a pretty awesome experience. Such a beautiful place up there.
O.k. I definitley screwed that up. Sorry. I'm going to have to learn how to do a quote.
Still had to pay the duty but looking at my pile of down eases the pain.
I got my order the day before Christmas, merry christmas to me huh? I almost freaked out when I opened my UQ though. The inside material had down fluffs all over it, and my immediate thought was "oh no, the material is leaking down badly". But after inspection I realized it was just extra fluffs clinging to it from the static. I can only imagine what the HG shop must look like (thinking snow globe but with down). Shook it out outside and picked a few fluffs off and all is well.
Well after jealously seeing all your post about your order updates and shipping notifications I can relax cuz....... I got my email today and my incubator is on the way. I ordered on 11/24 and it shipped 12/26. Congratulations to Hammock Gear for having a successful and monster of a sale. It's exciting to see a small business prosper. Now I just a dang hammock and tarp lol. I spent all my Christmas money on my wife and my beautiful two year old daughter. My parents ordered my a burrow for my Christmas present so I'm going to at least use it in my tent until I can get the rest of my stuff.
Anyone have any more updates on their order numbers and shipped dates? I am order number 220 (special modifications) and have not received a shipping email yet. The wait is almost unbearable. It's cold outside and prime time to do some camping
Dangit, They left me a notice. No one was home so I missed the package. Guess I'm glad they didn't leave it bc it's been raining here all day. #308 by the way.
