Finished the other doors. Made some slight changes - mostly in the tie outs. Here's everything hooked up. Cats said it's too cold and that they will watch from the window inside.

I'm impressed with how quiet and still the air is under the tarp. Just stopping most of the wind makes it seem much warmer.

Thanks! It's an extremely cheap way to get some extra room under the tarp. Glad my tarp has the extra tie outs - good no sew solution. Also easy to find cpvc cheap.

Nice job building these. I like the extension over the tarp to help close it off. I am trying to figure out how to attach it to the tarp and not have to use another set of stakes. Any suggestions?

Shorten the ends and use mitten hooks/mini-biners to attach to tarp corner loops.

The mitten hooks are a really good idea. I was just going to tie something on the end to fixate it.

I had thought about making it inside the tarp, but there will be a gaps between the end caps and the tarp. I suppose if you tighten the sides up far enough that will be minimal. I could make the sides a little shorter and shock cord the mitten hooks on to the end caps. Then stretch them down to the corners. hmmm, back to the tread injector.

    What he said too.

I was going to make doors and sew them on, but decided to make these at the last minute. I haven't properly fitted them as it's my back yard. The tarp will be 2 feet or so higher and any gaps will be closed up. They were just thrown up for a trial fit.

I'm in the process of cleaning up the doors of any mistakes I made. Neither of them match as I made one and then made changes to the second door.

Mitten hooks, small biners, small split rings- all work for on/off attachments - even velcro!
