I'm looking for the places that you pay to camp/hang, etc. Tough to do anywhere near in or really close to the city.
However..... it would be an interesting story to see if I could wear a small pack and hide out in Central Park, or elsewhere (John Jay), for two nights.
I suspect that if I find a "secret spot" then others be there as well.
