I love knots, but I'm considering some small "upgrades" to minimize the time it takes to set things up. Anyone had any problems with the NiteIze stuff? They seem to be quite a bit less expensive, but Dutch's stuff looks like it would be stronger.

The figure 9's don't work as well on the smaller line like 1.75 zing-it. Dutch's gear is designed to work well with this smaller line. I have also had the AL small figure 9 bend on me once, I can't remember how it happened and may have been due to abuse. I have dutch flyz and they will not break.
I went from 9's to Flyz, because I can leave the Flyz on the line. I used to lose 9's on a regular basis...
Something hidden. Go and find it. Go, and look behind the Ranges. Something lost behind the Ranges. Lost and waiting for you . . . Go! - Rudyard Kipling
I have had no issues with my 9's even with the smallest line. The stingerz though seems a little easier and lighter.

I put Stingers on my tarp to try. They are still there. Like them a ton. Wont break. Hold strong.

I've only just started using Stingerz, but I like them very much with 1.75 Lash-It
I used to use the f9's and I used to lose them all the time. Knot bones
as well.
Switched to the Stingerz. MUCH better

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Are most people using them with a continuous ridgeline?
