Wilderness Logics OMW tarp 1 or 2 pole, pole mod?

Well my DangerBird #242 is in progress and will need a tarp when it arrives.
I decided on the OMW and would like the pole mod done to it…..but, I see both on here.

    1 pole link. http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...highlight=pole

    2 pole link

So how about opinions of 1 vs 2 advantage or disadvantage I know the 2 pole will be heavier but other that that.

how about having Marty's elfs put a pole pocket at all three side tie outs.
then order 2 poles. that way you can have th best of both worlds. the additional wt.
    would be nominal.
you can leave 1 pole at home and use the center pole, or take both poles and have
the super porch. maybe 1 in the center and one at the head with the foot end closed
    as a gear locker?

p.s. my next OMW will have 3 sets of pockets.

I had 2QZQ add pockets and additional tie outs @ pole pockets for 2 poles on my 144in OMW, as always they did a spectacular job, ordered the poles from Quest and their service was equally good. Hiking Dad had the measurements of 114in I used and i can't tell you how nice and roomy it is inside. I spoke with 2Q about inside Vs outside poles and he recommended inside as it shed weather better. Anyway u might look up hiking dads pics, just my 2cents. btw it goes over my dangerbird perfect. jim

Well I will be getting the 2 pole mod for sure, I was thinking that the inside polemod would work better for the weather also.

Thanks everybody time to give Marty a call.
