I'll see if I can get off. Grew up in area, I'll try to bring my brother and convert him to the trees! I'll bring Buttermilk Pies. Hopefully borrow kayak from local family.

Well after the input of those here and a bit of deliberation with the wife I've come up with what I hope to be a sufficient way of funding the hang. Instead of a pay to play fee I'm going with a donation. I am therefore requesting donations to cover the facility costs. I'm not going to ask for a specific amount as I wouldn't want anyone to feel bad if they couldn't afford to give that amount. I know how it is to be living of couch cushion change. Instead I'm asking for a donation of what ever you wish to give towards the fees. And despite what you can or cannot give everyone is invited to come and enjoy the festivities.

Feel free to paypal me with your contributions.

And dang it, Shug. You got me feeling hungry now.

Shug can come to the hang if he brings his BBQ Cooker. He can have my share of the pork brains.

Told my wife about the hang and that it involved BBQ she wants to go now.

My personal opinion is that everything is better with BBQ.

Not sure if I have posted this, but everything food wise looks so good, I might be coming down and bringing the fam. My wife and I, my 6 yo and 4 yo and of course four hammocks! Long drive, but I hope it is worth it!
