Oh, also... While my own smoker does not lend itself to transport, I'd be happy to smoke some butts, pull the pork, and bring 'em down to share. I have 2 types of slaw, one classic and one that si a bit more adventurous - it has the occasional golden raisin and thinly sliced fennel.

Dagnabbit, I'm getting the itch to smoke some pork tomorrow!!
