    how do i deleat threads form my subscribed therads

    Click on User CP and your subscribed threads should show up with the option to unsubscribe beneath them.

    alternatively, if you want to remove a bunch at a time:

    Click on User CP
    Click on List Subscriptions on the lower right.

    For each subscription you want to remove, check the checkbox on the right side.
    Then scroll to the bottom & select DELETE SUBSCRIPTION
