Anyway, so I've been busy on the back end contacting misc vendors for donations. Some FANTASTIC stuff thus far has been donated and more possibly coming. You guys will not be disappointed.

A HUGE thanks to all the vendors. Those donating and those that aren't able to as well. Even the ones not able to donate were extremely kind and I thank you for at least considering.

As for the raffle. It will be held on Saturday, probably right around lunch. I don't think I can say it will be EXACTLY at so and so time as things always happen. So, there ya have it. Bring cash or a paypal acct on a smartphone.

There will be 2 groups of raffle tickets. 1 for smaller items and 1 for larger items. I should have final prices on tickets this week. Don't worry they'll be plenty low enough for us all to participate.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Planning on going and may bring along a couple on "ground dwellers" who are interested in learning more. We might have to save room for a small 2-man tent for my buddy and his daughter.
We're probably in for Friday night until lunch on Saturday as we will also be scouting parking areas and campsites for an upcoming 3-day trip on the Foothills Trail.
    Looking forward to it!

There's plenty of tent room at the site we'll be at. We will bring extra hammocks and have a tent bonfire !!! No, but seriously, we always welcome anyone wanting to get to know what hanging is all about. Coming to a hang like this is probably the best way, other than just getting a hammock and doing it. Sometimes the info here on HF is a little overwhelming, and being able to do the see and touchy-feely thing with gear really helps clarify understanding of how everything works together.

I'll be there Friday, so looking forward to meeting you and your friends.

Glad you will be able to make this hang WFR. Cool deal on bringing the ground dwellers with you (shouldn't be a problem with floor space).

Can't wait to see everyone out there.

Thanks for that on the paypal, hadn't thought of that. Everyone please bring CASH only.

With that said, here are the raffle ticket prices,

    $5.00 ticket
    $10.00 ticket

There will be a grand prize drawing as well. If you purchase a $10.00 ticket you double your chances at winning the grand prize! Of course, you can buy as many tickets as you want to increase your odds as well.

You will be ASTOUNDED at some of the prizes up for grabs!
Examples include things from Dejoha, Bloomgorge, 2qzq, Hammock Gear and MORE!

It's shaping up to be a great event. Can't wait to see everyone there.

Sounds like we need to leave some room in our packs to carry out prizes.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!
