He is your friend, your companion, your defender... he is your dog. You are his life, his leader, and master. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of that devotion.
I love my new temporary job as a Ranger, but working weekends sucks. I have to work three weekends in April, so no hangs for me that month.

Anyone planning on doing some fishing? Can anyone tell me how the fishing is there? Was thinking of bringing a spinner and some lures.

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.
Thanks for that!
Not sure if I will be able to make this or not. I've got some equipment coming in the mail right around then that may or may not be in time.
On a separate note, I am planning to order a new wood burning stove soon. Is anyone planning on bringing a Bushbuddy, Bushcooker or other wood-burning stove that would be willing to demo it for me?
"The Road goes ever on and on,
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can.
Pursuing it with eager feet
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say."

What are you missing Strider? Yea, several wood stoves will be present.
Whooooo hooooo! Won't be long now.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!
Looking forward to it!
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!
I'm missing my quilts. I expect them to arrive a day or two before the trip; however, now it's looking like I may have to work that weekend. Everything's in flux right now.
My top two stove candidates right now are the Bushbuddy UL and Bushcooker LT2. I have an Emberlit UL right now, but I'm interested in seeing one/both of these other stoves in action.
