Question Trees Still Blocking The Trail?

Yep, Granny Pat is right on the mark with that question. A. Couple lf FULL GROWN trees had fell blocking the trail causing us to have quiet a time trying to get over and under them, slipping and sliding in the rain! I haven't been back since then either, has anyone been lately? They were across the trail maybe half to a mile in going north towards the East Fork where the hang as I understand it is to be held in April.

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.

Sorry everyone I haven't been on here more. I just changed jobs and have been slammed. Anyway, this event is really shaping up to be awesome! Lots of vendors are sending items for the raffle.

Thanks CW for taking up my slack.

I'm still contacting other vendors to see if A. they are interested in attending, and/or B. they would like to donate something for the raffle.

Once again, ALL proceeds will go to Children's Cancer Research.

Anyone planning on doing some fishing while we're there? Anyone fished there before? Thanks!

Interested as well...in fact, my goal is to hike the FHT around this time and be at Burrel's Ford for the hang, then continue the thru hike...if nothing else I'd love to make the hang as I used to "four letter" camp here when I was in college, and I'd like to hang for a good cause as well...plus having you all for company for a couple nights would be awesome! Guess I need to get planning/prepping for the thru hike......

I am not planning on fishing this time, but I've fished there before. The fish is good if you can catch them.
