    I miss my Phoenix

Yesterday, I shipped my Phoenix back to HG to add the secondary suspension. Phoenix, I miss you so bad.

I also ordered an Incubator. I can't wait to meet you, fluffy fella. Before you came into my life, I missed you so, so bad. Before you came into my life, I missed you so bad, and you should know that I missed you so, so bad.

I know both you guys are at Hammock Gear in Lancaster, Ohio, but I really miss you, so call me maybe? Just to let me know how you're doing.

I really hope you guys make it home for the holidays.

It's always sad to be separated from family, especially during the holidays!

So it looks like you're out of commission until they get back? Can't likely hang in the cold pine barrens without downy goodness.

Let me know how that turns out ... I'm considering sending mine as well - though I'd have to wait until it gets warmer, and I have my new Phoenix as a sub.

I am not completely out of commission - I could always go the ccf pad route (shudder).

As hard as this separation has been on me, it's even harder on my HG Burrow topquilt. He's just hanging there wondering, "Where is my brother from another mother? Where is my olive green and black buddy? What have they done to my partner in down, little Phoenix?"

Still rocking my Crow's Nest ... pre-Phoenix ... old suspension and it works just fine for me. 3 season and it's kept me comfortable to the mid-twenties no problem! LOVE THAT QUILT!

WARNING: Will discuss Rhurbarb Strawberry Pie and Livermush at random.

I got the 20* and 0* phoenix and I love them both. Capt Smiley loves them too, he used them both at the Columbia, SC hang last month. (he put them together) Said he was toasty warm...

I've got the 0* Incubator and could not be happier. I've spent some nice toasty nights in that thing. The only thing I don't like about it.......Getting out to pee!
