Check out the BIAS line of hammocks. They are excellent hammocks at a great price.

I made my dad a crinkle taffeta tablecloth hammock for Christmas started with the 90 x 132 and trimmed down the width a bit, he's a larger fellow than I.
Thanks guys for all of the help. I have caveman's tableclothfactory hammock that I am gonna let him try for sure. I also have a few of the tablecloths that I just got in the mail today. I am just looking for more amsteel and I can get that done... I also got a few of those "Yukon" Woot! double hammocks in the mail today, that I will get him try out. I would love to buy him a Lite Owl/Nite Owl, but my plan is to get him something to where he can work up to something like that. Get him hooked first, so that he will buy his own stuff! LOL. He has bought me more gear than I could ever repay him for, really. I may borrow a double nest from a friend to see if he likes it. I have never been in one.
Caveman: If he likes the pink goodness, I owe you yet again...
Thanks, Y'all
I am on the BIAS website right now... I have never tried one. They do look comfy.
I just strung the tableclothfactory caveman special and the Yukon Hammock. TCF wins by a lot, so far, but I will try the yukon again after I switch out the stretchy thumb sized ropes and s-hooks for something proper. I guess it fairly normal to have 7 hammocks hung in your yard at once...
++1 on the BIAS WW. I have an ENO DN and a tablecloth factory hammock as well. They are both very comfy, but neither can touch the BIAS hang, IMHO. 11' long, 60" wide, great ripstop fabric at a price point you can't beat.
The base model is a good deal, but then I automatically want to add bells and whistles, and get carried away, thus adding cost. I think that I will let him try what I have now, then get a BIAS and mod it myself if that does not do it for him... I think that we have it covered now.
Thanks everybody for the help.
Don't listen to Spaceweaseal....He's very BIASed. (oh, and don't try the "I'm a grown man" thing either....trust me)
The BIAS are great hammocks. I think they are much like the WL. There's only so many things you can do with 11' of ripstop. You won't regret either one......Heck, just get 1 of each (that's what I did!)
If you ain't havin' fun, you're doin' it wrong
