DIY Gear Pocket from shelf liner

I had some sturdy shelf liner that I had bought at a garage sale a while back and finally put it to good use. I folded over a piece and laced it together with paracord to make a pouch that I can hang from my ridgeline. It should make a great spot to stash a small book or whatever else I need.

EDIT: After a laced the edges together I flipped it inside out to get the seams inside. This also helps it stay open. Have a look at the pictures.

Looks easy to do. Thanks for sharing. Mason line would make it lighter. You can use that shelf liner to help keep a pad from shooting out from under you too. It's funny how we start looking at things and adapting them to hammock use.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

Simple and no sewing - nice!
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."
