I got one. Just waiting for the temps to get low enough to do a test but as for the craftsmanship this thing is awesome. I have pictures but having a black hammock you really can't see the underquilt. Now I have a Darien ACU camo hammock to shoot some photos

I exchanged emails with him a couple weeks ago and he said the UQ will be available in January.

Looks like Tim will be including stuff sacks and storage bags starting next year, also.

Wow, those pics on FB look really, really nice. Similar to HammockGear suspension with some nice looking baffles.

I nearly bought an EE top quilt earlier this week. The only thing that stopped me was a lack of a sewn footbox (I suppose I could have custom requested it but went with HammockGear instead).

I may have to try one of these out in the new year. Thanks for sharing.

Breyman- not having a sewn foot box is part of the beauty to me. You have the option of closing the foot box or opening it up if you like. Send Tim an email and ask if he will sew the foot box for you and he will respond in 2.3 seconds with a response!

I love the flexibility of the draw string foot box to use the TQ as a full length UQ when needed. I bought a BIAS WW during their sale, to go with my WBBB. Now if my son or a friend wants to try hammock backpacking with me, I can use the Yeti with the WBBB, the EE as an UQ with the WW and we can use sleeping bags (as an chronic gearhead I have 4) as TQ's. Tim makes great gear (as do Brandon at WB and Brian and Shane at BIAS), sure this new product will be great!

It's up and running! Here's enLIGHTened Equipment's new under quilts for the new year (and new sewn on logo, too):
