Once everyone decides whats going on, we usually just leave it on the same thread the discussion was started on, just correct dates and place on first post if able. If doing two January hangs, than two separate threads would be ideal, addressing each one.
So sounds like we are doing Mohican on January 26, 27 at campsite 9? If this is correct, I'll create a new thread.
So, do we like the idea of parking at the campground office and either hiking along the river, or the mtb trail to the campsite? I think this sounds like a lot of fun. Especially if there is snow, a shorter hike like that would be great.

I'll watch this thread, but with Mt. Rogers the weekend priorit's not likely that I'll make this one. If anyone plans a trip for the second or third weekend in Feb let me know.

"I fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful... because, in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion; because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility and endless patience...." --Robert Traver
