    Thumbs up Another storm

Yay! Arkansas is getting another storm today - tomorrow. I may head fer the trees and swing away the night whilst it snows. My wife thinks I'm nuts. So glad she and I agree on that!!!
    The beauty of sunsets,
    The wind in the pines,
The mountains give these and more...
    Peace of mind.

Sounds fun, were supposed to get some pretty "bad" or "good" storms over here in Alabama too. There's actually a chance of tornados tonight down further south. Crazy weather!

We're slated to get a foot or more. Some of the guys are going hanging for the storm. Any pointers for them to be safe? I can't go due to taxi duty that night.

Where I live we had 2 ft of the stuff. 40 miles north they got less than 6 inches.
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

    Sound very "Cool."

We just got a bunch of snow up in the Sierras also. I think this might be a wet year after a dry spell last year.

    Take Pictures.

Be safe out there. Watch out for widow makers and have option to bail out safely. Happy New Year.

I'm lovin' it! Last year's lack of snow - at least here in Colorado - really hurt us for the whole year. More forest fires, less moisture in the mountains, small streams less prevalent for backpacking, etc. etc.

While it can sometimes put a damper on travel, every time it snows this year, I'm smiling.

Having said that, may everyone travel safely during everything. I love the snow, but pray for safety for all.
