Tim Marshall at Enlightened Equipment sells child size quilts that just happen to be similar sized to some UQs, but the standard ones have synthetic insulation.

I'm not seeing any quilt makers who are not using at least 1.0/1.1 oz fabric, but that will change someday.

I have a Te-Wa for my summer quilt and I've modified the suspension to use Dutch quilt hooks directly to the hammock body. After modifications it is 9.44 ounces and doesn't have a bunch of lines going everywhere as another plus.
Those long bungie cords are much heavier than the no-stretch UL cordage that is used for everything else.
