Same here, just finished making 2 Goose Down TQs for me and my wife, 2 Stuff sacks for the TQs, 2 Bishop Bags for the hammocks, 2 stuff sacks for the hammock socks, and 2 hammock socks. Oh and a custom hammock suspension for my wife as well as 2 new suspensions for our tarps. Just about all gear got upgraded/modified in some shape or form. During all this I also made 8 Bamboo Trekking Poles, tempered and poly coated and lanyards added. And lastly I made The Wandering Staff which I will be handing off to it's first keeper, "WV".Originally Posted by visionarylion

Wow I haven't been that busy . But I have been upgrading made a duck down UQ. Yesterday I decide I was tired of my GT UL and made myself a new hammock with new whoppies. I think I might be done but somehow I doubt it. I think I want to make a TQ liner bit I don't know yet

food bag settled and slightly over packed, Backpack can wait until thurs to get finished up. Gonna be heavy, some of my gear still needs to be swapped out but that has to wait for brighter days.
Wonder how much water I should pack for first day? We will be crossing a stream and pretty much following the valley so I'm guessing I can go light on water the first day. I know Sat morning I will need to load up for the hike up the mountain and to get me through all day Sat and the hike out on Sunday.

Thanks. If you ever want a set just let me know how you want it made and i'll bring you a set at a group hang. I only charge for cost of materials most of the time; just depends if they're a stranger or acquaintance.. Not trying to make money off them. I make my money other ways. I'll bring a some of my collection to show off and if anybody wants a set made, I'll be happy to oblige. On my newer ones I am weaving Names into the handle wrap and ordering Custom printed webbing for wrist lanyards.
I like my Bamboo Trekking Poles Tall..It knocks the spider webs down for me instead of my face as I am trekking.
