I am going to need directions how to get there from Texarkana. Thanks.
The one I have been waiting on all year! Count me in for sure please. Millerville is riding with me, so he's in too. We are both bringing our own kayaks. I will cook up some south Louisiana goodness for the pot luck on Saturday night. Should be able to make a pot large enough for everyone there to have some. (especially enough for u to have two servings Old Gringo)
Jazilla and Old River Rat are a maybe. That's all I know of from the LA hangers. I'll get all the guys I mentioned to chime in on this thread.
It's never a trip, It's always an adventure!
Thanks for the help
Smokehouse. Count me in. What time are you leaving Friday?
The beauty of sunsets,
The wind in the pines,
The mountains give these and more...
Peace of mind.
Me and my buddy Steve hung with several of you guys at Kinkade Lake in Louisiana. We have really been looking forward to getting to see you all again. I've never been to the BRT steve has. We hope to stay 5 days will be fishing and hiking and enjoying the fellowship. My first winter hang last Saturday 32 degrees. Pretty warm in my Hennessy deep jungle with hammock gear incubator 20 UQ and Cats Meow 20 degree sleeping bag.
I sure plan to be there again to make it 4 for 4. It's always a great event!
Sounds very interesting. I have just recently learned about hanging. I don't have anything yet but hopefully I will before this hang. It would be a great outing for me and my son.
