I hope there's some trees left by noon Friday. Jeez, everyone is getting there so early!

First trip..... Get there on Friday evening stay through Sunday

Second ..... Take off Friday and show up late to work on Monday

Third ..... Work half day on Thursday late on Monday

Forth ..... Contemplate quitting

That's not to say I haven't been getting ready since last friday. All that's left is to rack the yak, throw the pack in the 4Runner and stop for some fat tire and cigars... oh and fulfill all my requirements at work...

I'm out. Family obligations I didn't fully consider; the kids come first. Not like me to commit and then drop. Hoping to make the next one and meet some of you great people!

What about firewood? Last year we had a little, but I didn't know if anyone knew where some could be purchased there. I'd love to chip in if someone is bringing a load like last year.

Well it looks like I'm not going to be able to make it this year. Y'all be sure and split up my fun with everyone.

I will have an extra fire tub and a little wood. Don't think everyone would be able to back up to just one. Don't pay the 5.00 a bundle either.

I can't imagine missing it. I've marked the dates on the calendar and am looking forward to getting back to the Buffalo again. Count on three of us and maybe more.

Well, time for me to start imagining it. We aren't going to make it this year after all. We've had a great time on the Buffalo in the past and I initially thought we would be 4 for 4 but that's not going to be the case.

We'll miss hanging with old friends and making some new ones. Maybe next year.
