    Best place for shock cord?

I'm in need of shock cord for my tarp tie outs and hopefully for a UQ I want to make. Where is the best place to come by about 25 feet of it?

    Thanks!

If all I was ordering was 1/8" shock cord I would get it from Supply Captain due to cost and color selction.

If I was ordering a variety of supplies... DIY Gear Supply all the way.

I like their shock cord. Got some Type I paracord from them too. Really nice in stuff sacks with the micro cord locks from the various other vendors.

Another +1 on DIY Gear Supply, especially if you need a variety. I also like Wilderness Logics.

And, honestly, if you're near an REI or similar, they usually have it in person. That'd probably the easiest.

1/8" is normally used for tarp tensioners and UQ suspensions. Buy more than your current project requires. You'll save on shipping later when you find more uses.

    Backwoods

If you have a Backwoods in your area, they are a good place to get some by the foot. Also, Mountain Sports.
