Did that answer your questions? Did the set up instructions on my site give you a better idea of how the suspension system works? You asked about adjusting for the sag of the hammock. This has been engineered into the design. All you have to do is tie your lines and insure the hammock is pulled taut. Again, I hope to have my video on this subject on my site soon.

Thanks for doing the poll. Just trying to get some ideas of what folk want and need. For those who are interested in new winter designs and those who are looking for more comfortable designs; I would like to hear from you as to why you have not found anything yet. Problems with current designs and what you have actually used in the past. Why you think it didn't work.
This helps me with my designs when I hear from folks about what they need.

Do I get it right. There is no need for 30 degree angle and sag adjustment? Just pull the hammock tight and it is ready? It has been said (and calculated) the forces in suspension multiply if there is no 30 degrees angle. Yes, you want to pull the lines taut, not tight. Any enclosed hammock, because it has a built in ridgeline, will have the sag engineered into it. Hammocks like my Lightfoot Scout, with out a ridgeline, need to be hung with the proper sag in mind. This is why I offer a glow in the dark "cheater line" as an accessory to all my hammocks. You can see it in this photo:
If you pull the lines to tight and stretch the cheater line over it's 8" length, the hammock won't fit on the lines.
My designs also hang different than others on the market and is Patent Pending. Most hang in a U shape.What I call the banana curve. Mine hang in a W, where the peak of the W is under your lower back and hips. Once the users body weight is introduced to this peak, the fabric will give and the legs will be more inline with the upper torso (also noticeable in the photo). When you really feel this is laying on your side. The hammock will then cradle your body and it is VERY comfortable!

I now am an owner of the ReconMN and the FOB. I am 6'1" and 165 and these hammocks are very roomy and comfortable. With the cheater line my wife and I can have the hammocks up in about 10 min and are not having to mess around constantly adjusting getting it right. My 10 yr daughter with some minor help is able to put it up. I know I'm not like a lot of the guys on here that really know there stuff but for me it is the best hammock I have owned and demo. Not to mention the customer service was perfect and the product is USA made. I am now waiting on the scouts for my kids. No more tent setup for me. I might need to change my name from ENO USER to FOB USER. I will probably not ever hang an ENO hammock again. (Don't get me wrong the one link system by ENO is an awesome system. I have two sets). This is just my two cents worth.
This is a really interesting looking system. I love superlight weight gear but being active duty military I could totally see using a system like this in the field. If I come across one at a good price I will have to give it a try.
One question, can you leave the fly attached and pack the whole rig up together?

Yes it can be packed all together.
