I fired a couple emails over to them over the last two weeks with no response. I had to use another outlet for a solution for my 11 year old boys up coming birthday. TQ and UQ.
Customer Service counts for me... But with that said I sure hope all is well over at Arrowhead Equipment. Seemed Strange to not get a response like that.
Might be worth hitting Paul up with a PM if no word foR a couple of days. Emails are finicky creatures and easily find themselves in junk and spam folders accidently (or is it?!!!).

Indeed...he can often be contacted via Google+, Facebook, here on the forums, through his website, etc...he's one of the more connected of the cottage vendors.

Like I said I hope all is well. I did not want to start PMing him with questions on here. But indeed email can be picky.

I've generally had good luck with emailing the cottage vendors around here, but with that said if you don't recieve a response after a few days I'd shoot them a PM here as well. Sometimes email just gets bogged down and things can get funky with IP addresses and spam filters etc.
pgibson is Paul at AHE and being a cottage vendor he is basically a one man operation, like many of our cottage vendors. Sometimes they get so busy at the work table they don't make time for the computer.

Absolutly hit me a PM. I have been a little behind on some emails but more than a day or two is not the norm for us. I use Gmail and from time to time incomeings get filterd and we sometimes in rare cases see that our outgoing don't always get through for some reason. Pm, Skype, twitter, google+ are all alternate options I am good with.
If you don't hear back from me in 24-48 hours one way or another (during the week ) then list me as MIA and send out a search partie for my bodie. The one exception would be the 2-3 time a year I steal a couple work days for a hike.
