thread for deconstructing HH spectra attachment?

I know there's a thread from months ago where someone took step-by-step pictures as they took apart their HH where the spectra connects to the hammock. I can't find it!! Anyone have the link?

    Thanks.

My knife is so sharp it cut the sixth finger off my right hand! On the plus side, Inigo Montoya no longer hunts me.

Man, I'm glad you asked. I've been looking for a while, and didn't feel like the usual "do a search, you moron" response!

Yep - those are the pics I was talking about! I even searched for posts by wilsonbmw b/c I thought it was him. Don't know why I didn't search his gallery! Anyway, here are his pics:

After cutting away the melted parts and beginning to unfold.

It is a rectangle all right. Aproximately 114" x 55". The entry slit is around 51" long.

Here you can see the netting is a paralellogram. (asym is a misnomer in this case) The diagonals are 96" and 57". The sides are 68" and 43". Imagine the sides of the hammock body sewn to the netting.

There are 32 holes across. Here is the head end. I numbered the faces as I unfolded it. Matching numbers were touching. This is one half the C is the center.
    And here are AngrySparrow's pictures:

You'll find something similar to the following pictures inside -
