I talked with Stormcrow @ HG awhile ago, and he has several different hammocks that he uses, mostly, DIY, I think. I am also pretty sure the Thorwren has on her signature, or profile, that she uses, "Whatever is hanging around".....RR

The bridge skin I knew about but the hammockless hammock now that's just awesome.
Life looks better from a BIAS hammock.

I was going to jokingly say that I bet the cottage vendors hang in hammocks... but then Dutch proved me wrong.

I'm not sure I have a favorite. I still use from time to time one of the originals where I was playing with different stitches. It's a Camper (1.9) with an integrated net. I've used every model we make, but since I'm mostly a kayak camper and don't worry about weight, I usually go with a double layer with a pad. I had a WW Dbl last year that I loaned out. He had a buddy that wanted to try it out and that buddy had a buddy..... I think it ended up in Florida but not sure. The one I'm currently using is a poly/nylon 1.1 hybrid. I ran across 5 yds of some odd camo poly on a clearance table and put 1.1 black on the inside.

Everything I use is 11 ft with the exception on the integrated. It was a "end" piece and is 10ft and a few inches. My 8 yr old daughter claims it's hers and I'm not arguing with her as long as she goes camping with me.
    It'll be alright Friday!
