I am new to this, but would like to join one of the group hangs sometime. I'm eager to find out when you establish a date.

Hunters camp just south of ft polk in the kisatchie is nice. Decent trails, tons of trees, wide open spaces for fires and what not. Plus it is free. We have camped there with the Boy Scouts a couple of times. Also, the mwr site on Toledo bend is great if you are military. Very nice peninsula with trees, a lake and a pavilion.

We have some decent areas up here around Toledo Bend. It looks like mist of you guys are all south of me here in Mansfield However.

so i am hoping to go hang some where March 9th in 10th not sure where maybe one of the WMA close to baton rouge hit my up if you want to come hang

I plan on making a kayak island hopping trip up at Toledo Bend. There some fairly decent parks to hang in the Southern area as well. Get some people together and we can make it happen. Sam Forse Collins Recreational Park would be a good site for a hang.

Hi, I live in Woodworth next to the wild azalea trail. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if you did the hang there again. Make it real easy for me. But I'll travel to be with some experienced hangers to give me some needed pointers. So put me on the list!!

Gimmie a shout If anyone is planning a hike on the azalea trail.

I'm from Coushatta. Like to hike Arkansas, but visit the Kisatchie from time to time. Usually go solo when I'm not out with the Boy Scouts, but that's usually because of schedules.
